Answer Plot 2020: Different Format, Fresh Intel, Same High-Quality Data

For 21 seasons, the WinField^® United Answer Plot^® program has delivered leading-edge agronomic insights live and in person at locations across the country, providing data-driven recommendations to help inform decisions on your acres.
 
While we weren’t able to meet in-person this year, the Answer Plot program still delivered as strongly as ever through multiple virtual events hosted by our WinField United agronomy team. Here are three key takeaways from this year’s Answer Plot program.
 

Answer Plot research shined a light on product placement.

This year, we complemented our Answer Plot trials with Innovation Trials, where our most innovative retailers were able to go on-farm to conduct large-scale trials. These select retailers and their farmers are combining our data set with product performance results so you can place products more effectively to enhance both return on investment (ROI) and yield potential.
 

Answer Plot teams proved the value of the Fundamental 5 in helping farmers make profitable decisions.

WinField United’s industry-leading data set enables us to present five fundamental agronomic decisions to support season-long crop management and help you achieve optimal ROI and yield potential. Each fundamental is backed by research and supported by our product portfolio:

Through virtual Answer Plot events, we shared the importance of these five fundamental decisions you can’t skip if you want to set your crops up for optimal profitability potential at harvest. We advanced the acre with a new season-long prescription program.

The WinField^® United Advanced Acre^® Rx program is an agronomic prescription service built around how and where you farm. This year, our agronomists demonstrated Advanced Acre Rx through the Answer Plot program and shared updates virtually so you can determine if it’s a good fit for you next season.
 
Designed for corn and soybeans, the program drives a return on farmers’ input investments and offers a service warranty for performance (yield) to give you the confidence to invest even in tough economic times. For example, the Advanced Acre Rx program can help you plant at the right population, determine what acres to apply nutrients and fungicides to protect ROI potential, and make in-season adjustments to your plan — all to help you reach your yield goals.
